Natalie Varela

 

Natalie grew up Scottsdale and graduated from ASU with a degree in Business &
Communications. She moved to Fountain Hills in 2003 to raise her family. Natalie joined MCO
Realty in 2006-present. In 2008, Natalie joined The Holper Group, PLLC. as Senior Legal
Assistant. After Richard Holper’s retirement Natalie has continued working in the legal field at
Sternfels & White, PLLC. She also brings with her 10 years of hospitality management
experience.

Natalie believes in community involvement and serves as a Commissioner on the Community
Services Advisory Commission and previously served as a Commissioner on Parks &
Recreation Commission. While her daughters were in school, Natalie volunteered with Girl
Scouts of America, Junior Achievement and The Fountain Hills Community Theater. Among
Natalie’s community accomplishments: Founded Fountain Hills Movie in the Park 2007,
recipient of Fountain Hills Theater Prizm Award for Outstanding Contribution 2014-2015.
