Mark retired after a distinguished 31-year career in the healthcare industry in Arizona as a key financial analyst and consultant to major health providers, HMO’s and insurance companies. He completed his career as the Vice President of Medical Operations for Eye Specialists of Arizona/ Vision Twenty-One, managing an $80 million Opthalmology, Optometry and Optical network throughout in the Eastern US, managing and controlling all aspects of accounting and cash flow management for multiple capitation contracts.
After retirement in 2017, Mark became one of Fountain Hills most valuable volunteers, donated his time to help guide the financial fitness of some of the community’s most revered organizations. He has served as Director and Treasurer of Fountain Hills Cultural and Civic Organization since 2018; Director and Treasurer of Fountain Hills Community Garden. He earned his MBA at University of Phoenix, and has served as Past President of University of Phoenix Alumni Association. He attended University of Arizona as an undergrad, majoring in accounting with a minor in computer science.
During his free time, Mark enjoys bass fishing. He and wife Deborah live with three furry kids and they enjoy travelling.
