You might say Michael Maroon’s foray into the financial planning industry was by “divine appointment.” As the pastor in one of the largest Methodist churches in the country, he was responsible for creating and managing the congregation’s financial planning workshops. The program was so successful, he was eventually recruited into the financial planning space by the very advisors he recommended to his congregates.
If you ask Kathy Madden why she gives so freely of her time and money, she’ll tell you it’s simply become a habit. Kathy, who just celebrated her 90th birthday, says as long as she has the means to support the arts in her hometown, she will do it.
Every year, as many as 200 Fountain Hills boys and girls don a ball cap and step out onto a Fountain Hills baseball diamond as a member of the Fountain Hills Little League. Thanks in part to a $2,500 grant from the Fountain Hills Community Foundation, the all-in cost for families to participate is only $150.

Our charitable planning seminars are designed to answer basic questions about creating a wealth transfer plan for area residents who haven’t thought about financial planning. To date, we’ve held two seminars, with plans to host additional sessions.
