GRANT PROCESS

  • 2020 Grant Applications available January 15, 2020 and are due by February 28, 2020.
  • Those wishing to apply, please fill out the GRANT APPLICATION application and return to us by February 28, 2020

FOUNTAIN HILLS COMMUNITY FOUNDATION ANNUAL GIVING:

Throughout the year, the board will conduct fundraising activities to secure donations that will benefit the Community.

Each year, the Foundation may award grants to:

  • Various non-profit groups as defined in the Mission Statement
  • An annual Key Community Project, defined as a significant community effort to be a shared fundraising effort with one or more local organizations.

NOTE: All organizations that receive funding must be a 501(C)(3) organization, show a need that aligns with FHCF Mission Statement, and complete a grant application. Each application is reviewed by a committee made up of Foundation members from the community.
