Grant Process

About the Grant


Throughout the year, the board will conduct fundraising activities to secure donations that will benefit the Community.

Each year, the Foundation may award grants to:

  • Various non-profit groups as defined in the Mission Statement
  • An annual Key Community Project, defined as a significant community effort to be a shared fundraising effort with one or more local organizations.


Grant Application

2023 grant applications are available beginning December 20, 2022. Those wishing to apply should complete the grant application online no later than January 31, 2023.

2023 Community Foundation Grant Application

Organizations in Fountain Hills and the surrounding area with a valid tax identification number and 501(c)3 status are invited to request grant funding from the Fountain Hills Community Foundation. The maximum grant amount is $5,000.

The Grant award must be spent in the current calendar year. If the organization receives funding, the organization will make a brief presentation at the award ceremony on how the funds will make a difference to the organization and our community. The organization will also give a follow-up report on how money was spent and discuss the accomplishments of the grant award.
